Return & Warranty Policy

At The Drift House, we want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we also recognize that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging.

  • Once a product has been used, installed, or altered, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges & Refunds:

  • Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective on arrival).

Warranty Disclaimer:
